La XAMEC vol ser un agent que sumi per promoure la transició agroecològica als menjadors escolars. Els nostres àmbit d’acció són:

La Xamec està formada per gestores de menjador, centrals de compres, associacions de restauració i organitzacions ciutadanes. Globalment, els nostres membres ofereixen 17.000 menús diaris, gestionen 24 escoles i 22 restaurants.
La xarxa va néixer el 2017 i es va constituir com a entitat l’any 2019.
